Nexus AI is a Pre-qualified Vendor for Canada Health Infoway’s AI Scribe Program
Canada Health Infoway’s AI Scribe Program is offering up to 10,000 fully funded, one-year AI Scribe licenses to support eligible primary care clinicians across the country. This national initiative is designed to reduce documentation burden and improve workflow efficiency through AI-powered tools.
Eligibility Criteria
The program is available to eligible primary care clinicians practicing in Canada, which includes:
- Family physicians
- Nurse practitioners
- Registered nurses in remote communities
- Pediatricians delivering longitudinal care
You must also be in good professional standing with your regulatory college.

- Program enrollment will open in June 2025 through the Canada Health Infoway AI Scribe Program portal.

What to Expect
Program enrollment will open in June 2025. Once available, you’ll need to:
- Access the Canada Health Infoway portal.
- Select the province or territory you practice in and follow the steps to determine your eligibility.
- If eligible, review available AI scribe vendors in your region and select your AI Scribe solution (in this case, WELL Health Technologies / Nexus AI).
If eligible, your Nexus AI license will be funded for 12 months from the start date of your use.
